Rudy got the job BECAUSE he is unqualified just like nearly every other Trump appointment. Trump’s aim is to point at the government he wrecked, claim it is ineffective, and ask to be given dictatorial power to run the government himself. That is how fascists took over Italy and Germany. It is how they are doing it in the USA.
