I’m waiting for something on Snopes about this, because I think it’s possible that he just happens to have a child’s flag in front of him. Do we actually know that he colored the erroneous flag? It may just be a silly thing to focus on, but it’s also a symptom of mental illness or dementia. I wonder if we could contrive to get him to try to draw a clock from memory with the hands at ten past eleven . . .
