While I did find the video amusing I also agree that this kind of response is high unprofessional and if I was in the market for a production company this would instantly scratch them off my list.
Interestingly, I was just watching a video response to a similar story about a photographer that said she was dropped from a job by Canon because she didn’t have enough IG followers. The tldr; is that if this is true or not, that turning on your client publicly is not professional and just tells other clients to stay away.
