As a freelancer who sometime as troubles to get paid I get the feeling being this video, but it’s not the right move. Who’s gonna hire you if you are a jackass to you previous clients ?
Pro tips : get (partially) paid upfront, have a “unfinished/cancelled has to be paid” and a “like it or not pay me” closes in your contract.
Oh, and HAVE A CONTRACT and use a lawyer when needed not some revenge shitty or call-out.
