Assuming you mean a synagogue or church, I doubt the result would be getting sentenced to a remote and brutal work camp for two years by the federal government. I’d assume the charge would be something like low-level criminal trespass, even if we’re talking about St. Patrick’s Cathedral in NYC (the closest, but not-close-by-a-longshot analogue to the Moscow Cathedral).
