Here in Wisconsin we’ve voted in favor of it at least twice that I can recall. (Unbinding referendum, of course, and an interesting example of an actual nonpartisan vote as the citizens are overwhelmingly in favor of it regardless of their party affiliation.)
You’ll notice, of course, that we’re still not one of the states where it’s legal. Apparently our GOP legislators are too busy trying to eliminate child labor laws so young teens can work in bars and sawmills.
