The plan would involve people realising that the upper classes choose the candidates to promote their interests, and the debate is between (say) the banks and the businessmen, or the globalists and the nationalists; and that people need to choose candidates to suit their interests, which would mean (a) getting informed, (b) getting involved and (c) getting organised.
