I didn’t even know there was such a thing as Caribbean king crab. I bet it’s good.
I’ll take crab any day over lobster. The latter is ok, and we get some pretty decent spiny ones fresh/live off the coast of CA and Mexico. I made some on the grill last year.
But crab is better. Especially Dungeness.
Maryland blue tastes good, but is too much work with those little things.
