It means that they’ll have to re-build the heat shield completely. But on the other hand that doesn’t really matter all that much as the launch pad won’t be ready in time anyway.
Likewise, never mind the delay this will put on Artemis III, the space suits for the Moon EVAs won’t be ready as scheduled either.
God, this whole thing is such a boondoggle…
