Isn’t the pic on the post the three Spider-Men in this house? They aren’t pointing at each other, but they are facing each other.
What’s crazy to me is the price given the square footage. 5200 sq.ft. isn’t insanely big. It’s big, but it’s not nuts. I’m about to move into a house that, with a finished basement, is 4600 sq.ft. It’s also on a half acre lot. But it’s in a Kansas City suburb, so it’s well under an order of magnitude cheaper than Stan Lee’s house. I can’t imagine paying $1600 per sq.ft. for a house. That’s nuts. Hell, that’s worse than where I am in New Jersey and part of the reason we’re moving is the housing costs here are too much.
