Well, the telecom immunity thing was a pretty clear signal of what Obama would be like… and he never even pretended he wasn’t a warmonger during the campaign… and he completely reversed his positions on intellectual property the day Hollywood Joe Biden came on board… so, maybe those millions of highly motivated voters weren’t as observant as they might have been. Obama’s always been a pragmatist.
Then again, while I didn’t vote for Obama, I’m sure glad we don’t have Palin a cheek-tumor away from the Presidency, and I’m glad that the white male bastion was breached, and you know, at least Obama can speak coherent English. It could be quite a bit worse!
