This looks like a good speaker; it gets great reviews on Amazon and Boing-Boing’s price is cheaper.
My complaint is the manufacturer’s use of the term “waterproof”. Waterproof starts at IPX7. This IPX6-rated device is only water-resistant; drop it into water and it will fail. Granted, that’s what the advertising copy says, but a quick glance at the large print on the box gives a misleading impression.
