I’ve driven it many times and the only times it came to a halt was if someone panicked and forgot the Highway Code. Even then, the fact that traffic can route the opposite way around an obstruction means it doesn’t stop for long. I rate it a brilliant bit of junction design. High volume, high flow, no traffic lights required.
