Consult DXO mark for those sorts of questions.
Sony makes an rx-1 camera with a full frame sensor, but it looks like the rx100 only has a 1 inch sensor, considerably smaller than either the rx1 or the eos-m.
Full frame sensors are very sensitive these days.
