A PSCO is not a police officer and they do not wear police uniform. A PCSO uniform may look superficially similar but it is not the same at all.
I fear you are tarring all our fine upstanding beat bobbies with the same lewd brush. I am sure no genuine police office would ever do anything to outrage public decency. /s
