Actual conversation I heard last week:
New Director: what does that guy actually do?
Manager: well, he is a black belt, but he will tell you that.
New Director: Yeah, he’s already told me three times and I still don’t know what he does. Heck, Im a black belt too and he thinks we have some connection because of it?
Manager: haha, yes. Well, he produces all of those reports.
New Director: THOSE are HIS? Well lets find some work for him to do.
