As a ‘kid’ from the 70’s & early 80’s, we were taught to respect “The White House”… (But when Nixon was impeached, I asked my mom; “Why do we still have those old things called Presidents ?”)
In the early/mid 80’s, Trump was a financial hero on both the international news & U.S. ABC, CBS, NBC, 60-Minutes, 20/20, etc.) . . but this seems to have flopped ! !
Sorry: But The White House has just become another ‘reality-show’ popularity contest !. !.
****With that being said: I’ve always respected OUR President since my lecture; but seriously, Trump? ! Who’s next ? Oh yeah some kid from “American Idol”, …Housewives" ? . . . . . Well, maybe someone from “Survivor” would have the brains ?
(And I still have a couple of poker chips from his Atlantic City casino; will he cash them out ?!?! . . . Maybe I should jump on METRO tomorrow or Sunday and see what the White House guards say to me ?)
