One of the reasons that the less self-destructive Republicans have been trying to find a way to make inroads with the Latino community. They like to go to church! They are big on family stuff! Many of them live and work in rural areas! They would seem like a natural fit for the party that markets itself on conservative family values if it weren’t for all the “white supremacist bigotry and xenophobia” stuff keeping them away.
But hey, they’re bound to forget all that stuff Trump said by the next election cycle! Right?
