The tigers own the rock store that sells large tiger protection rocks. They then patrol the city eating those who have not invested in TigerRock Evil Corproation Incorporated LLC (TM AND PATENT Pending) thusly making both profit and meals at the same time. Once they have had their fill of eating non rock humans they will phone in the Lions; and TigerRock Evil Corporation has a monopoly and sole ownership of Lion Attack Prevention Crystals. So you will be eaten by a lion, after a good profit for the Tigers.
