This is what happens when there is zero executive leadership from the beginning. There should have been a national rollout strategy and database of eligible and willing patients. I’m sorry you’re having to wade through such BS. If you’re in NY, I’d be happy to share the resources Mrs Peas has used to get her full staff and family appointments.
