“wank clown” is good but kind of hard to say. Do you put a pause in the middle? Otherwise it just sounds like “wang clown” (which works too I suppose). May I suggest “jizz clown” instead? (fart is also underrated. “fart goblin” is a great insult).
Can we also please try to make “ham doctor” a thing?
