One should also consider the fact that many courtroom artists are working in pastels (technically painting, because “suspension material”), which can be a pain in the ass to learn in the first place, because erasing (rather, removing) pastel or conte crayon is very difficult. But to also work quickly and with talent? Hats off to these artists.
