That all depends on how fast you can accelerate your spaceship. Having a high top speed is fine but if it takes you a century to get there you’ll still die of old age.

and if you accelerate too fast you don’t make it to old age at all.

One of the things I like about The Expanse (books and TV adaptation) is how they never forget to account for light delay. So even when Chrisjen Avasarala is trying to have a conversation with her husband on Luna there’s enough of a delay to make normal conversation incredibly frustrating.
