Relative to others who’ve occupied the same position? Hell no. Saying a member of 45’s administration is the “adult” in the room is like saying Mars or Saturn’s moon Titan is slightly less inhospitable than the rest of the extraterrestrial solar system. Technically true, but don’t plan on camping there.
