Just to add a bit of context about the location, these little guys and their generations have inhabited the rocks around the end of a pier in St Kilda. A couple of hotels that overlook the pier were the birthplace of much of Aus musics best including Nick Cave. Remember seeing the Dead Kennedy’s and then going down to see the penguins!
