I found ‘The only obligation which I have a right to assume is to do at any time what I think right’ which is right at the beginning of On Civil Disobedience. I think the quotation is a paraphrase.
Anyway, it’s interesting to see that Henry is now perceived as having gone over to the Dark Side, even if only satirically.
