No different to any other high heels, then. 
TBH, I’m not sure what’s heavier with these, the shoes or the symbolism.
I got a yuuge soft-spot for that art/fashion crossover, where something that’s already impractical is given a nudge over the edge into totally unusable. And I reckon if you just reduced the number of chains and made them a little thinner, these might even be wearable. Well, as wearable as heels get, anyway.
