I’m trying to think of a way in which Moar Guns would have prevented this theft. Even if the boy had been tooled up to the nines, he wasn’t ever in realistic range of the perp. Perhaps a Claymore mine on the lemonade stand?
To be serious, though, I’d agree this was clearly an actual theft, not a mistake. What kind of guy cruises the streets and suddenly decides to half-inch some garden furniture on impulse? Maybe his neighbours will peach on him, after they view the TV news.
