That is one of their more common talking points, I hear it all the time. It doesn’t make sense unless you drink their coolaid and know how the whole thing goes. They go on and on about how Killary spent 5X the amount Trump spent on the election so by all accounts she “should have won”, but Trump the outsider underdog, still won because he is better or something.
