If Biden ever said anything that was this simply contradictory of reality, by accusing someone else of saying something he himself said…it would be all we saw on the news for days.

He must be just beyond the event horizon in the media’s black hole of ratings need, where if he doesn’t meet the barrel-bottom low expectations of him that also doesn’t merit notice - because that’s not novel or interesting enough for him to do.
It’s somehow within expectations for Trump to constantly crash below the lowest expectations.
