It’s such a weird play. You have many Republicans setting the bar so low for Biden that he’ll will be considered a winner if he can make it to the podium without breaking a hip or drooling all over himself. At the same time Trump is trying to lower the bar for himself by insinuating that he will lose because Biden will be doping to win. Never mind that nobody’s talking about the substance of the debate arguments which is how they should be won or lost.
Also never mind that stimulants don’t actualy make you any smarter, so if Biden were on some sort of stimulant he may have faster recall but wouldn’t suddenly gain any new superpowers.
