He made a snide remark about how he could have insisted that Melania and Karen Pence make small salads for the guys, but of course real men don’t want that, they want fast food.
So, insulting women in general, and Melania/Karen in particular, people who like to eat a balanced diet (like most sports champions), and of course vegetarians too.
