Urine is sterile at the level of the bladder. If you obtain it via cystocentesis it’s great for trying to culture a bladder infection. The lower urinary tract is full of bacteria, so once you pee it out, culturing it then is more of a “do these numbers/species look higher than they should be” sort of thing.
But yeah, I guess the fastest way to a mental breakdown (or perhaps breaking through to enlightenment) would be to try to figure out “tRump logic”…
