The House is the chamber that gets to decide if he’s impeached. The Senate is the chamber that gets to decide whether he’s removed from office.
Conventional wisdom holds that there’s very little chance the Republican-controlled Senate will remove Trump from office—especially since McConnell has repeatedly stated he has no intention of impartially weighing the evidence as his Constitutional duty and sworn oath demand—but that’s on them. The House still has their duty to hold Trump accountable for his actions to the extent their authority allows. At any rate it’s not like we’d be better off if the House didn’t choose to impeach.
