Seems like saber-rattling to me. After spending billions a year on the military, we’d BETTER be ready to unleash overwhelming force against at least a dozen small countries. Not that I’m recommending it.
I don’t pretend to know what SHOULD be done. I only believe that Trump has no clue, either, nor the talent to pull it off, even if he did.
