Tax breaks are nice and everything, but if we really want the billionaire class to start creating jobs, we need to start looking after their personal, and not just financial needs. Fifteen minutes and a couple dabs of hand moisturizer are all it takes to get most employers in the mood to seed some capital, but sometimes the big boss needs a military parade before he’s* ready to do big things.
