Yes to all of the above. In particular at places like small breweries and restaurants when it was previously safe to tip for tipple served and consumed on the premises, but now its not Covid-cool to stay except to pop in to buy stuff to go. (Edit) I tip Especially for the staff that are poor or desperate enough to take the hours offered. I certainly ain’t tipping Amazon, but I could justify a small tip to an independent delivery driver this time of year.
