No, but I am calling the Putin administration (and by extension the Ukrainian regime) proto-fascist. Which is why I see a clear distinction between the US and Russia and why it really matters if Ukraine chooses the EU or Russian options.
I see a clear difference between Russia and China for that matter. China is improving but Russia is becoming worse. In a decade or so, China might well be like the other asian authoritarian states like Singapore. I certainly don’t expect collapse. Russia on the other hand is already collapsing.
