Having grown up in the Eastern Block I have some idea of that part of the universe (and have very little desire for a holiday there). What I am saying is that the expectations of how to treat a fellow human being shouldn’t be governed by the circumstances. The concept I am referring to is called empathy and is common to primates and generally makes for a better world. No matter what the man in the video has done he does not deserve to be treated like this.
