Blue Jeans had some neat features when I looked at it last year. My institution decided on another product, however, so I haven’t had an opportunity to actually use Blue Jeans in a practical way.

Verizon is now both platform and participant in video calls, bringing net neutrality issues once again to the front. Is Zoom gone shit right now because video conferencing is hard, or because Verizon is just quietly, uh, umm, “optimizing network resource allocation” or similar euphemisms for crushing a direct competitor.
