That’s not “deceptively easy” that is downright easy as far as climbing buildings goes. It’s like there’s a ladder on every floor.
Doing it 36 times would be tough, but I’d give it a shot if it were legal and if, after completing each floor, the building settled into the ground so I was never more than 10 feet off the ground (with a big mattress below too)
