As I said, it does not absolve him, but it is of interest as there is a high association of long term use of certain Parkinson’s drugs and certain behaviors.
He has always been a fascist murderer. This year, he seems to have made strategic blunders that may cause his downfall. That is what I’m questioning, that his poor strategy may have a biological cause, not that Parkinson’s excuses him of any crimes.
