“BB” is a good idea of a movie, that was horribly botch in execution. It was trying to wear the cloak of a cult movie, without actually putting in the work to be a cult movie, which is why it’s mostly forgotten, and the announced sequel never got beyond the announcement stage. It cost $17M, and box office was only $6M.
