I’m an iPad addict myself, so if that was the worst thing Manchin ever did, I’d give him a pass.
I mean, potentially, he could have been watching the feed on his iPad and multitasking by texting people in a split screen. That would be somewhat acceptable, especially if he was texting to help drum up support for the Ukraine.
Sadly, I suspect he was just ignoring the speech. That’s a shame.
