Looks to me like someone took a map off the interwebs and used the Trace command in Photoshop to create this version. Possibly using Trace extremely poorly.

Confession time! I do speak like this. It started when I was about preschool to first grade and had begun to be exposed to more media - things which were not kidâs shows and cartoons - and as something of a reaction against the example set by my parents, who I had come to conclude were content with poor diction. I resented this as setting what I considered to be a rather poor example. Discussing this with them, I came to appreciate the pride they expressed in their regional style, but found it unsuitable for myself. Just the same, I never did any formal study of elocution, as those around me werenât interested, and I had no access to relevant reference materials. Instead, I strove to speak as clearly as I was able to. I donât doubt that I was strongly influenced by most of my television viewing consisting of British and Japanese content. As well as having grown up with many recordings of classic radio shows.
So I cultivated a normal speaking style which was quite mid-atlantic. But also, I explored my voice generally to a great extent, and can speak with quite a variety of modalities, accents, and inflections. Eventually I made efforts to reduce the mid-atlanticness, because it is not more easily understood when people arenât accustomed to it, and it can be distracting when people try to place where I am from. But it completely re-asserts itself when Iâve had a few glasses of wine, or imbibed the cannabis. Which typically I notice only after some time has passed.
Ahh well. a bit of Aussie-English accentâŚ
