You can visit this Minnesota farmer's massive cannabis maze to learn about hemp

I worked at the MN Renaissance Festival back in the late '70s. Performers that were there for the whole weekend could camp out onsite. Near the campground was a huge hemp field that had been planted by the army in WWII. The mood at the campground was generally a bacchanal, and I remember people hiking out of the crop with bales on their backs. They would dry it on the tops of their tents and then smoke it at night. Lots of headaches in that camp, but they needed to rely on the booze and psychedelics to alter their moods.
