Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure I didn’t have any match or very little match on most of the money I’d saved up to that point. Most of the companies I worked for up to that time were pretty small.
I appreciate that there is a disincentive to not raid your fund all the time, but I feel that there must be a better way than taking people’s money - perhaps leaving that 20% in but not being able to access until until later.
