‘confidentiality clause’, eh? I suppose that precludes the settlement involving packing it the fuck in and apologising, with a promise not to do it anymore, then? Fuckers.
I’m sure there are valid reasons for confidentiality clauses, but if I were involved in such a suit I would want to hang the bastards out to dry in a very public forum.
