Is it incredibly ironic that I’m unable to read this article on my mobile (iPhone 4) due to the guardian first hitting a bunch of invasive ad-tracker sites, and then redirecting me - mandatory - to the App Store to download an app called "we chat " and closing the article.
The guardian is hijacking my device and won’t let me read an article on how to prevent it.

Works now.
I find it ironic that there were five commercial tracking entities on the page on which this article appeared and two on this page.
