The emergence of science hacking in Madagascar

Have we reached the point where “hacking” can just replace every verb? I think I’ll go out and do some store-hacking, so I can get busy dinner-hacking later. Yum!

Having lived in Madagascar about 20 years ago, this brought back the natural good nature and enthusiasm for its people to me. Despite being a country with extraordinary fertility and diversity, it remains cripplingly poor, partly thanks to the fact that it exports so much food that it has to buy it back in at several times the market price to feed its people. Anything that can help redress that balance is welcome in my view.

That’s quite inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
